Our history of tradition, seriousness, and technology in industrial services: delivering certified quality since 1991.
Founded in 1991, SIFC obtained its first certification with PETROBRAS in 1996. Its first contract with PETROBRAS took place in 1998 at the Duque de Caxias Refinery (REDUC).
In 2002, the company achieved its first ISO 9001 quality certification. In the same year, SIFC began a maintenance contract for thermal insulation systems, industrial painting, and special flooring at BAYER, maintaining this contract for 13 years and winning several awards during its journey with that important company.
In 2010, SIFC secured its maintenance contract for thermal/refractory insulation and PPCI (Fire Protection) with PETROBRAS in the Campos Basin (UO-BC), which continues to this day.
In 2012, SIFC executed the first contract in Brazil for a thermal insulation system with a non-metallic finish (Ulva system) at the FPSO Cidade de Paraty for SBM OFFSHORE. We repeated this performance in other SBM units (Ilha Bela, Maricá, and Saquarema). In parallel, several other contracts in various market sectors (energy, steel, chemical industries, food, etc.) have been executed, characterized by the consistent perception of clients as a company committed to quality, speed, and seriousness in its business. In 2013, SIFC received its ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management certification.

Yes. SIFC operates under a full-supply model (services and materials) or service-only provision, according to the client's needs. We work with the best national and international suppliers of thermal insulation and refractory coatings, ensuring technical credibility in every project.
How is the safety of teams guaranteed during work at heights or rope access?
Security is our absolute priority. We use the technique of Acesso por Corda (Alpinismo Industrial) Strictly following NBR 15475 and NR-35 standards, our team has a very low turnover rate, guaranteeing experienced professionals who are constantly trained and familiar with safety protocols for confined spaces and working at heights.
Does SIFC serve the entire national territory?
Although our headquarters are in Duque de Caxias (RJ) and we have a strategic branch in Macaé (RJ) To serve the offshore market, we have the logistical and operational capacity to mobilize teams and equipment for structured projects in various regions of Brazil, as well as abroad, since part of our team is trained to communicate in English.
